Return and refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your mornings. If you're not happy with your Leoma Sunrise Alarm Clock for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email us at [Turnerj9600@gmail.com] with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging if possible, with all accessories included.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when it's done.
Return postage
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we cover the cost of return postage in full. Email us a photo of the problem and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- Change of mind: you pay for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
