Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order

We deliver to UK mainland addresses and most of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 6–10 working days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Delays
Occasionally parcels are delayed by courier issues or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, email us at [Turnerj9600@gmail.com], and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
