Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on leoma.shop. The website is operated by Jake Turner, trading as Leoma, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order
We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

2. Products and prices
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and sizes on screen may vary slightly. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free on UK orders. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, in which case we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery
Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.

7. Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Using the product safely
Please use the product as described in the instructions supplied, with the charger provided, and keep it away from water.

10. Your personal information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on the website when you placed it.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
